Refund & Cancellation Policy

All donations made to the Society are voluntary contributions towards our healthcare programs and community initiatives. Since funds are often allocated or utilised soon after receipt, donations once made are generally non-refundable.

If a donation was made in error, such as a duplicate transaction, an incorrect amount, or a technical glitch during payment, please write to us within 7 days of the transaction along with your payment reference. We will review the matter and process a refund where genuinely applicable.

For any paid registrations towards health camps, workshops or programs, cancellation requests made at least 3 days before the event date may be considered for a refund. Requests made closer to the event, or after it has taken place, will not be eligible for a refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original mode of payment within 7 to 10 working days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the amount to reflect in your account.

In the rare event that a camp, program or event is cancelled or postponed by the Society, any amount collected specifically for that event will be refunded in full, or adjusted towards a future event at the participant's choice.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy may be revised from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. Any updates will be posted on this page.
